The Summer Shortlist 2013

 

Welcome to the Summer Shortlist – a compilation of reviews featuring songs perfect for the summer months. They range across a wide number of genres including house, dance, dubstep, pop and many more. Additionally, all these reviews are divided into two sections - labelled Club Crushers or Festival Fillers.

Over the last few months we have listened to countless summer songs, sharing them and reviewing them as we went. Now the summer is almost at an end, we narrow them down to just our top five. All of the songs we reviewed were great, but these are the five that really shone the brightest this summer. These are our ultimate summer anthems of 2013:
