Amelia Lily – Party Over

Since reaching the X Factor final back in 2011, Amelia Lily has blasted her way onto the pop scene with her brand of unique wide-ranging vocals. Party Over is the next electrifying single from the starlet and follows smash hits You Bring Me Joy & Shut Up (And Give Me Whatever You Got).

Lily once again shows her eclectic vocal, belting out powerful pop lines and delving into deep tuneful verses. The chorus is the main seller though, crashing like waves against the rocks, dashing them to pieces and washing into the bass. With production coming from no other than Xenomania, the team behind hits by the likes of Girls Aloud & Gabriella Cilmi, the bar is set high. However, all expectations are blown away by the tremendous synth, which erupts out of the speakers in a form somewhere between DnB and dance.

Amelia Lily has once again given us a killer record. It may not be breaking any new ground regarding lyrics but as expected it will make an excellent party record.
