Jack Beats ft Takura - Careless

With the video being posted on Youtube just hours ago, it only seems suitable we review this exciting new tune.
Careless is the new song from production duo, Jack Beats. The duo have previously released singles such as All Night, Revolution and You Should Know that have had plays on BBC Radio 1 and they have collaborated with the likes of Example, Diplo, Takura and Dillon Francis on their upcoming mini album. The album is set for release on Beatport on the 7th of August and on I-Tunes on the 10thof September.
Careless is a multi-platform track that has very big sounds, perfect to fill a club, other more calm low dubs for the RnB vocals provided by Takura and then the tighter quirky dubs, with those unique sounds of Jack Beats firmly mixed in throughout. Takura comes from his recent collaborations with popular dubstep artists Chase and Status and Sigma, so his vocals are tested and proven to work well with, and contrast strongly against dubstep music.
The video sees an injured Takura struggling along with his constantly changing shadow which transforms between everything from a gorilla to a tank and even though the idea of transforming shadows is not new it is done inventively enough to make it interesting. We then also get a quick cameo from the two members of Jack Beats, Beni G and Niall Ferguson.
This is an excellent new single from the duo because, even though it takes a while to fully appreciate, it is once again proof that no Jack Beats single is the same and that they can create a diverse yet still distinctive spectrum of music at a high standard.
