Nathan Retro ft Charlie Brown - Think About You

In recent years Nathan Retro has brought us some of the best under the radar killer dance anthems, such as 2012 monster collaboration Come With Me with Dawood, Margs and Dappy. Charlie Brown meanwhile, comes fresh from his assault on the UK top ten with his single On My Way and brings his sincere vocal talents to the dance floors of Nathan Retro.

Think About You is a bristling production that shifts from the unrelenting summer-soaked beats of the drop to the more isolated and suppressed undertones of the verse and break. To match this, Brown administers the thoughtful lyrics written by MNEK through a vocal consisting of quivering highs, candid verses and defiant choruses.

The remixes that come with the release each bring a different genre and style to the table, providing an eclectic array of interpretations. All of them are enjoyable, whether it be the beefy Kenny Hayes bass remix, the groovy JFR disco meets jazz remix or the raucous Spectrum dubstep remix.

Think About You may not be the most controversial track but nonetheless, this is a major party record and will hopefully help launch Nathan Retro all the way to deserved chart glory.
